Terms

These terms are between you and SefarAI (registered name, address and registration number), which provides Summon: the Windows app and the online service behind it. By using Summon you agree to them.

Your account

Sign in with an email address you control. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. One account per person.

The free plan

The free plan includes 50 actions a day (an action is one answer, rewrite or translation). We may change the limits, the features, or offer paid plans; paid plans will have their own terms. To keep Summon running for everyone, it may sometimes be limited or unavailable.

Acceptable use

Don't use Summon to:

• break the law, or harm, harass or deceive others;
• create content the AI model's provider forbids;
• get around its limits, or access it other than through the Summon app and website;
• resell it, or send automated or bulk requests;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may limit, suspend or block an account that breaks these terms.

Your content

What you write and what Summon gives back are yours, as far as the law allows. You grant us only what we need to provide the service: passing your requests to the AI model and the answers back to you. We don't store them (see Privacy).

AI can be wrong

Answers, rewrites and translations come from an AI model and can be inaccurate or incomplete. Read them before you send or rely on them. Summon is not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.

The app

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the Summon app. Don't distribute modified copies of it.

No warranty

Summon is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SefarAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Summon in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Summon at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may stop providing Summon, or end your access if you break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of country, and disputes go to the courts of city, country, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we update the date at the top; if a change matters, we'll say so in the app. Questions: support@summon.sefarai.com.
